I've founded organizations, guided leadership teams, and taught strategy at the university level. Nearly two decades of carrying real accountability — for budgets, for teams, for missions that mattered. That experience taught me to see clearly what most consultants only describe.

I work with established leaders and organizations — those with a real foundation, real resources, and the staying power to act on what they discover.
